How many Treasures can Thief gain in a multiplayer game?
The rulebook's card description says this directly, and forum replies agree.

At most one trashed Treasure per opponent who revealed one, so one in a two-player game. You gain from the whole set of trashed Treasures after all opponents are processed, and untaken ones stay in the trash.
