Do all players get the same number of turns when the game ends?
The designer said equal turns is a variant, not the official rule.

No. The game ends at the end of the turn that meets the condition, so the first players may have one more turn. The designer says the rulebook's "previous winner goes last" rule is the intended fix. Equal turns is a house variant.
