Can I play an Action card even if I can't do what it says, like Moneylender with no Copper?
The designer confirmed any Action can always be played, matching the rulebook.

Yes — you may play any Action card, and you do as much of it as you can. If you have no Copper, Moneylender simply gives no coins.
