When Urchin is in play and you play Rogue, do you trash Urchin for a Mercenary before or after Rogue's gain?
Before. The Urchin trigger happens on playing an Attack card, before that card resolves, so you trash Urchin for a Mercenary first and then resolve Rogue. The designer confirms that 'when you play' effects happen before the played card's text.
