When Shelters replace Estates, does each player get one copy of each of the three different Shelters?
Yes. When Shelters are used, each player starts with one copy each of the three different Shelters in place of Estates, not three copies of one. The choice is all-or-nothing for the table, so either everyone uses Estates or everyone uses the Shelter set.
