When Poor House is played, does its minimum of 0 apply to the card's value or to your coins, and are treasures counted when played?
The minimum applies to the coins in your pool, not the card: you add 4, lose 1 per Treasure in hand as it is played, and the pool cannot go below 0. Treasures drawn later do not count, and the card itself can be worth negative money.
