How does Bridge's cost reduction work?

Bridge gives +1 Buy and +$1, and also makes every card cost $1 less this turn, wherever it is: Supply, hands, decks and in play. Costs never go below $0, multiple Bridges (or a Throne Roomed Bridge) stack, and the effect ends at Clean-up. The coin and the reduction are separate effects.
