How do you compare a card costing coins against a card costing Debt, for effects like Advance that say up to X coins?

Coins and Debt cannot be compared directly. To compare costs you check every currency (coins, Potions and Debt), and a currency not listed counts as 0, so City Quarter (0 coins, 8 Debt) does not cost less than 6 coins with 0 Debt and cannot be gained with Advance.
