Does a reaction that gains another card during Ironworks also get Ironworks' bonus?
No. Ironworks only reacts to the card it made you gain through its own ability. Other gains triggered during its resolution, such as a reaction gaining a Silver, do not add Ironworks bonuses. Reactions like Trader also resolve in the middle of Ironworks, before its remaining text.
