Can Watchtower be revealed again on the same Rats to draw another card?

Watchtower can be revealed again, but trashing a card already in the trash does nothing, and Rats' when-trashed draw only fires when Rats moves into the trash. So the second reveal draws nothing, and you cannot draw your deck this way.
