Yes, but Intrigue alone does not hold enough Treasure, Victory and Curse cards. You need the basic cards from Dominion, from Base Cards, or a second copy of Intrigue; the designer says Seaside alone does not supply them. You still use ten Kingdom piles, and per the 5-6 player rules the game ends when four piles are empty and extra Provinces are added.
