Can I use a translation of one of my keywords as a clue, or a foreign-language meaning?
The rulebook bans translations of Keywords; it says nothing more about foreign-language clues.

No for translations of your own Keywords: they are banned as clues, even for a different Keyword. Other foreign-language words are not covered by that wording, so agree at the table how to treat them.
