Only five spaces ask for no seals: the Small Diary lens unlock, the Museum's two actions (deliver, or research a museum specimen), the turn-order reservation, and the objective pickup. The fifth worker never carries seals, so any other space costs a Temporary Knowledge token per missing seal.
