How are ties handled on Correspondence Envelopes?

Everyone tied for most Stamps takes the first-place reward in turn order, and second place is still awarded when first place is tied. One player cannot win both rewards on the same Envelope. Each player who took a reward then removes half their Stamps from it, rounded up, so a single Stamp is removed.
