What rewards do I get from placing a Museum tile?
The Deliver Specimen rule lists the row and column bonuses.

For each empty space in the tile's row and column you gain 1 Coin, and for each space already holding a tile you advance your Evolution marker once. The first tile in a row also takes that row's Coin, and the last tile in a row gives one more Evolution step. The tile you place gives no bonus action itself.
