What if the Darwin worker was already claimed this round and I complete the Darwin Crew card?
The publisher said to wait until the next round and described the card's symbol.

You gain nothing more that round, since only one Darwin worker can be used per round; wait for the next round to take it. The arrow on the card is a leftover from an earlier design, and the reward matches the Special Action tile.
