How do I set Alfred's difficulty and Bonus Track cards?

There are eight Bonus Track cards, two per board color, and the backs show the difficulty (the fronts are all white). Use the back of the Alfred board and the two cards of the matching color. In the Tabletop Simulator solo mode you cannot select a difficulty; the yellow bar above the coin track marks the Advanced side.
