Can I split one Academy discount across two seals?
The publisher said the discount is for that single action and cannot be transferred.

No. The discount belongs to one Academy action, which takes and places one seal, and cannot be carried over to another seal. With the golden distinction each seal action gets its own discount, and you may take the first seal at full price and the second with the discount.
