Crokinole
On an open board, is touching the 15/10 line enough, or must the disc be fully inside the 15 circle?
The rulebook says "inside or touching" the 15-point circle.

Touching is enough. The rulebook accepts a disc that comes to rest inside or touching the 15-point circle. Requiring a disc to be fully inside is a house rule.
