Yes, the box includes what you need. Use all the cards marked with the column symbol, replace the 4 market cards featuring the goddess Venus with the 4 cards that show neither a column nor a double ring, shuffle the Mason into stack I instead of stack II, and put the Magister cards back in the box. The setup sheet and the card-back symbols show which set each card belongs to.
