How do salt cities score with Minerva cards?
Several posters agree, and the designer confirmed the Byzantium case.

Each salt city counts for one Minerva card of your choice, and you name the good it stands for when scoring. Several salt cities may all count as the same good. Salt cities add nothing when a Minerva is used to collect goods, and a salt city can count as a different good for Byzantium than for end-game scoring.
