How does Byzantium scoring work on Roma, and are those gods scored again at game end?
The designer answered the Salt and Fish Market parts directly.

The god you choose at Byzantium is scored immediately as if you had a single card of it (Minerva can be any specialist, and Salt cities count toward it). Those points are extra: at the end of the game all your gods are still scored as usual and the Byzantium points are added. With the Fish Market, use one of your houses as the scoring track marker and swap it for the fish market marker when you build your 15th house.
