How do Roman castles work with the Tribune on Britannia and Germania?

With a Tribune you may remove only one connected bonus marker from a castle and take one good, even if several colonists stand next to castles. If the good is food or tools you may use it immediately to help pay for the new colonist. You cannot remove a marker if you have no storehouse space.
