Place each new hire on any entrance or helipad you own; this costs no time. A player relays the designer as saying a hire may be shifted between entrances before it first enters the clinic, but the Deluxe text doesn't say so and some players disagree, so treat that as unconfirmed. A hire can never be left on the entrance after the Move step.
