Does a treatment room need its service hub on the same floor, and where can its supply room be?

The service hub must be adjacent on the same floor, or the room cannot treat anyone. The supply room only needs to be adjacent, so it may sit beside the room or directly above or below it. An operating room needs only a same-floor service hub, no supply room.
