Can I hire a nurse or orderly and rush a pregnant woman in the same Hire action, and how are pregnant patients treated?

The Extension text says rushing a pregnant woman is done "instead of hiring", but a player-maintained clarification file says hiring a nurse or orderly and rushing a pregnant woman are both allowed; treat that as unofficial. Obstetrics treatment follows normal nurse rules, so two white or two yellow doctors plus a nurse are both valid. Players leave pregnant meeples where they are when reordering the doctor row, though that is unconfirmed.
