Each doctor and nurse scores (red 5, orange 4, yellow 3, white 2, nurse 1), but staff must be in a legal location, so move your hires in. Patients still in your clinic, including pre-admissions, cost popularity (red 8, orange 6, yellow 4, white 2), and lost time costs 1 per 3 time spent.
