How are babies from Pediatrics placed and treated?

A baby drawn for any service goes into the Pediatrics row of the notepad instead, and no replacement is drawn; admitted babies go straight to an entrance or helipad. The baby can only be treated in a pediatric treatment room. If it isn't treated, it turns white and can then be moved by the normal rules.
