Can I buy (or sell) the same good again on a later turn in the same round?

Yes, as long as you still have merchants in stock and none of yours is on the opposite side of that good. The price will already have moved from your earlier trade, and other players may trade in the same column while your merchants sit there. Selling several times in a round is usually worse than one larger sale, because each sale pushes the price down.
