How are ties split in Settlement scoring?
The rulebook's Settlement Scoring section states this.
- Clans of Caledonia rulebook · Rulebook · Settlement Scoring
- Clans of Caledonia rulebook · Rulebook · Export Scoring

Like Export scoring: tied players add up the points for all the places they cover and divide equally, rounding down. The same applies to a tie for second place in Export scoring (two players tied for second in a 3-player game get 3 VP each).
