How much money do I get for passing, and does it affect turn order?
The rulebook's 8. Pass section states this.

Passing is a single action that ends your actions for the round. You move your Turn order token to the leftmost free spot of the next round and take the money printed there, so the first player to pass gets the largest amount and acts first next round. You collect it in round 5 too.
