Can I buy and sell the same good in the same round using a Farmers Market?
Not in one go. Both selling to a Farmers Market and buying from a neighbour place Merchants, and your Merchants may not sit at opposite ends of the same good's column. You can buy and sell the same good in a round only if bonuses first take back the Merchants used for one side, which cannot happen mid-Expand.
