When Award tile 6 counts Basic goods, should I convert raw goods in the final Production phase?
The designer proposed this in 2025 but called it a recommendation, not a fixed rule.

The designer recommends it: convert whatever can be converted in the last Production phase. It removes a turn-order edge and is faster than letting players choose. He also says groups may play it another way.
