What can I build on forest-only or mountain-only spaces?
The rulebook's 3. Expand section states this.

A forest-only space takes only a Woodcutter and a mountain-only space only a Miner; a space with several land types accepts any unit that fits one of them. Grassland holds Sheep, Cows, Fields, Cheese dairies, Bakeries and Distilleries. Once all your Woodcutters (or Miners) are deployed, you cannot expand into a forest-only (or mountain-only) space.
