In what order do I take the rewards of a fulfilled Export contract?
The designer answered this directly in 2017, and the rulebook text agrees.

Any order you like. The money, Free space and Bonus Upgrade rewards can be sequenced as you wish — for example, a Free space expansion first and a Building bonus that draws a new contract afterwards. The completed contract leaves your Export box before the rewards resolve, so the box is free to refill.
