No. You choose a Fate card only the first time you enter a Fate room and keep it; Gauntlets of Destiny allows one more. Only the card you choose is revealed, so The Hanged Man adds a Ghost only if you choose it. You may keep a Fate card face down and reveal it on any later turn.
