When can I discard a Black or White Tourmaline to block Ghost damage?
Several players agree on timing; the rulebook doesn't address the card, and no official ruling exists.

Whenever a Ghost cube would damage you, even on another player's turn, from a dragon attack, or from the new hand you just drew. Discard it from your hand (not played) to block that cube's damage and then draw a replacement card. Each discard blocks one Ghost cube.
