Can I walk through a tunnel whose one-way arrows point in opposite directions?
The designer answered the opposing-arrow case, and the rulebook confirms teleport and the Catacombs Map bypass arrows.

No. A one-way arrow can only be used in its own direction, so a tunnel whose arrows point against you (or against each other) can't be walked that way. Teleporting ignores arrows and works, and so does the Catacombs Map major secret.
