Can I use Clank! Adventuring Party with Clank! Catacombs, and how does setup change?

Yes — the Catacombs rulebook has a "Party in the Catacombs" section for exactly this. With 5–6 players you add four of the five Adventuring Party Artifacts (10, 15, 20 and 25; leave out the 30), skip the extra Master Key market item, and use the other new components. With 4 or fewer players, leave the 5–6 player extras out (including the extra Rage Track and the Adventuring Party Artifacts); you may still add its cards and characters.
