During an opponent's turn you can react to a trigger any time before that turn ends, not only the moment it happens. A React card goes into your play area and its resources and text, such as a teleport, wait until your next turn. Any number of matching reacts can trigger, and reacts also work for conditions met between turns, such as when the Dungeon Row is refilled.
