Can you rotate a tile back to its original orientation after an opponent rotated it?
The publisher confirmed it in the forum, and it follows from the rulebook's clockwise-only Rotate action.

Only the long way round — rotation is always 90 degrees clockwise, so undoing one turn takes three more Rotate actions. Four rotations return a tile to its starting orientation.
