What happens when the Old World deck runs out?
The rulebook lists the empty deck as the fourth end condition, checked in the end phase.

The last card is still drawn and resolved in the Old World phase, and the round is played out. At the Check for Game End step, an empty deck ends the game with all players losing, but only if no earlier condition (dial victory, 50 points, five ruined regions) was met. The deck is not reshuffled.
