How many Old World cards do you use with the Horned Rat in a 3, 4 or 5 player game?
The same as the base game regardless of the Horned Rat: eight cards for three players and seven for four. A post quoting the FAQ gives seven for five players too, though the rulebook itself does not state a five-player count.
