How many dial advancement counters can one region give in one phase?
The rulebook says one event can't give multiple counters; the per-phase rule comes from the FAQ and the player sheets as several players describe them.

One per Power per region per phase. Extra kills or corruption in that region in the same phase, including a re-summon or a second battle, add nothing. Meeting the condition in a different phase (summoning, then corruption) can give another counter. Different regions each give one.
