When can I spend Sacrifice tokens, and do I need to have gained some this turn?
Spend them after resolving any combat location, including the Hunting Grounds and fights you lost. Tokens saved from earlier rounds can be spent too, so you need not have gained any this turn. You cannot spend them in the middle of a fight, so a reward bought afterwards cannot help in that battle.
