What if a reward gives me an extra die but my longhouse is full?
The publisher called it unaddressed and gave two slightly different readings.

Not officially settled. The publisher said the case never came up in testing. The general rule is that you take only the dice you have room for and are never forced to kick out warriors you already have. He first suggested the extra die could fight the rest of that battle but not come home, then said by that rule you cannot take it at all.
