Can I convert goods or spend rubies after the final harvest or during scoring?
The designer said any-time actions are allowed until scoring begins, and not during it.

You may convert goods and spend rubies at any time up to the moment scoring starts, including after the final harvest, but nothing may change once scoring has begun. So selling weapons or eating animals to satisfy a bonus tile must happen first.
