Can the Dormitory and the Additional Dwelling both give a sixth dwarf, or is there only one sixth dwarf?
Per the publisher there is only one sixth dwarf marker, so players race for it. One poster argued from the rulebook's component-limits rule that the marker is unlimited, which would let both owners have a sixth dwarf, but that is a reading of the text, while the publisher's reply is the only official statement.
