Can I build the Additional Dwelling early, and can the sixth dwarf live in an ordinary dwelling?
The designer said it may be built early but is unusable before five dwarves.

You may build the Additional Dwelling at any time, but it is wasted until you have five dwarves, because the sixth dwarf can only be added by Family growth after that. Only the Additional Dwelling houses a sixth dwarf; ordinary dwellings do not.
