When the ruins shape cannot cover a ruin, or no open ruin is left, what do I draw?

Draw a 1x1 square anywhere on your map in any terrain type except mountains. It need not go on a ruin, even if an open ruin remains. This applies equally to the case where no shape fits over a ruin and where no unfilled ruin is left.
